*Lanarkshire Mind Matters

													

Launched in 2020 by NHS Lanarkshire Psychological Services, Lanarkshire Mind Matters provides accessible, trustworthy information about mental health and wellbeing. It offers self-help tips and ideas, plus a range of easily accessible, free online resources to help with anxiety, low mood, poor sleep and much more.

These include:

Calm Distress- Our online course about understanding emotions and improving wellbeing. It is made up of five friendly videos which can be watched in your own time, and you can sign up online straight away.

Daylight & Sleepio- Two apps designed for modern living. Daylight is all about coping with anxiety and worry, while Sleepio helps you get a better night's rest. You can sign up for either, or both, straight away.

SilverCloud for you- A suite of resources for a range of mental and physical health difficulties. Some can be accessed on-line straight away, while some need a referral from a Health Professional: the sits explains everything you need to know.

SilverCloud for helping Children & Teens- Two courses for parents, carers and teachers to help young people cope with anxiety. You can sign up for them online straight away.

Lanarkshire Mind Matters can be accessed at any time of the day or night by computer, phone or tablet. It is continually growing and expanding, so please do keep checking in. Visit the website here
